Telling one’s story is not always easy. However, one tends to be sincere to the end hoping to be understood for who one is.

This online showcase opens a path of rereading, a balance of awareness of one’s own concentrated doing and feeling. Always understanding of the one’s own course and where tomorrow will take us.

I carry out my work as a continuous flow of experiences, of difficulties, successes and joys, exercising every day the faculty of restarting and trusting in my passion in my profession and in my values. Writing about myself is like reaching the finals of a competition after having practised robust training of that inner gymnastics inner gymnastics that lasts years and costs so much to keep trained. Talking about oneself takes the decisive form of a public self-confession to make oneself to be known without filters. At the end of it all, the key is really simple: I love my work and my family, true emotional springboards to give me the green light towards new goals and new professional challenges.

As a consultant, as a collaborator and as an entrepreneur, the cornerstones of my training have always been dedicated to confrontation and finding suitable solutions for the company for which I worked.

After various training experiences in both industrial and Residential I specialised in the office world both as a sales manager and then as an entrepreneur, but I have been able to range over many other fields. I have worked side by side with large architectural firms engineering their projects, conceived and and designed products with my team that were then manufactured in our own workshop. Craftsmanship, and established partnerships and collaborations with major international brands.

Since 2003 I have chosen to embark on an important evolutionary path, in the first At beginning towards the General Contractor model as a single interlocutor for the entire chain of design and construction activities, then towards the new paradigm of Design and Build, which embraces real responsibilities at 360 degrees: from the research of the property, the design of solutions, up to the final constructive realisation final construction of projects.

Today I believe more and more in the concept of quality, design skills and technologies at the service of the customer, which are perfectly summarised in the new slogan that guides my actions: Build the Innovation.

Youthful education in my Rome culminated in a degree in Architecture – Industrial Design.

You grow, you listen, you live… without ever betraying yourself and your personality. Even when you grew up in the team, until you were competing in B1 with the Pallavolo Zagarolo for 10 years.

Practising team life, dreaming, winning and losing by making sacrifices enormous sacrifices, was preparatory to strengthening the passion and determination with which I face the daily challenges together with my team.

They are my reason for living, my constantly running emotional engine. They are them that give me balance and strength. They stimulate me to always improve, to hold firm to my principles and to nurture the family educational example I was given by my my parents.

Reconciling family and work has always been a primary concern of mine.

Companies are different and each one has its own specific characteristics and multiple ideas of the future. They evolve and demand new design structures consistent with the major changes in the market and society.

I choose together with them to be part of that change. When a client asks for experience, I work alongside them, as if I were their internal collaborator. The adrenalin kicks in, as does the desire to give maximum solutions and contribute to the customer satisfaction, increasing the productive results of the operators and those who company premises every day.

I believe in in-depth analysis of flows, day-to-day trends of variables from sector by sector and department by department, useful to propose solutions that have strategic relevance.
